ABOUT Eggless Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting RECIPE

Red is a symbol of love so I added red food colour to these fluffy spongy bite size cupcakes baked for Valentines Day

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 -1/2 cup
  2. Baking powder1/2 tsp
  3. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  4. Sugar 3/4 cup/per taste
  5. Milk1/2 cup
  6. Curd 1/2 cup
  7. Oil 1/2cup
  8. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1tsp
  9. Tomato red food colour 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  11. For frosting - Cream Cheese 1/4 cup
  12. Butter 1/4cup
  13. Icing sugar 2 cups
  14. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  15. Beat together cream cheese n butter add icing sugar vanilla essence beat till gets smooth frosting for red velvet cupcakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Line the muffin tray with paper liners
  3. In a bowl sift maida ,baking powder ,baking soda ,icing sugar ,cocoa powder
  4. Then add oil, milk, curd and vinegar. mix it gently
  5. Pour this mixture into prepared liners
  6. Bake cupcakes at 180 C for 20 minutes
  7. Frost with cream cheese butter frosting. Enjoy these bite size Valentine special red velvet cupcakes with your Valentine
