Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour/plain flour 1 1/2 cups
  2. Butter 1/2 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1 tin ( 300 ml )
  4. Milk 11/2 cup
  5. Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
  6. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  7. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  10. Red food colour less than 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Ingredients for Vanilla cream cheese frosting:
  12. Cream cheese,softened 1 (8 ounce) package
  13. Butter, softened 1/4 cup
  14. Sour cream 2 tablespoon
  15. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
  16. Powdered sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Remove milk from fridge and keep outside.
  2. Preheat oven at 360F degree
  3. Line up the muffin baking tray with cupcake liners and keep aside
  4. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in sievert and sieve it. Mix it and keep aside
  5. Add butter and condense milk in a bowl.
  6. Beat it with electric mixer on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  7. Add milk, vinegar, vanilla essence and food colour to mixture and beat for one minute.
  8. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until just blended. Do not overbeat.
  9. Spoon batter with ice cream spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  10. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes in preheated oven
  11. Insert toothpick into cupcake, if it comes out clean then it's done
  12. Remove from the oven and let them cool down completely
  13. Method for frosting:
  14. Beat cream cheese, softened, butter, sour cream and Vanilla Extract in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  15. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth
  16. Frost with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting. Sprinkle sprinkles on top of it
  17. Serve them with tea or coffee
