Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 +1/4 cup
  2. Castor sugar 1 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  5. Butter 1/2 cup
  6. Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  9. Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Red food colour few drops

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put it on the Maida baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Then sieve all ingredients.
  3. Now add coconut powder and mix them.
  4. Then take an another bowl put butter in it and creme the butter Pluffy.
  5. Then add caster sugar and mix them.
  6. Now add vanilla Essense and lemon juice,food colour and mix all.
  7. Then all ingredients are mix dry and liquid cut and fold melted.
  8. Then pour in greased baking dish.
  9. Now bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 minutes.
