This recipe os new form of our favourite combination rajma chawal

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For quiche base
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1 tbsp butter
  5. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. 1 tsp mixed herbs
  7. For quiche filling
  8. 1 cup boiled rajma
  9. 1/2 green yellow and red capsicum cut in cubes
  10. 1/ 2 cup grated processed cheese
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. For white sauce
  15. 1 tbsp butter
  16. 1 tbsp corn flour
  17. 1 cup milk
  18. 1/ 2 tsp garlic powder
  19. Chilli flakes to taste
  20. Salt and pepper to taste
  21. 1/2 cup grated processed cheese

Instructions

  1. For quiche base..muc all the ingredients
  2. Make a smooth dough by adding hot water
  3. Let the dough cool down
  4. Roll the dough according to size of quiche mould and put it on the mould
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 12 mins
  6. For filling
  7. Heat a pan . To this add 1 tbsp butter. She.buttet melts add chopped onion and saute
  8. Then.add chopped capsicum and cook for few mins.
  9. Then add boiled rajma and chilli flakes and adjust seasoning .. let it cool down .
  10. For white sauce
  11. Heat a sauce pan .TO this add corn flour and lightly cook on low flame . Then add milk and garlic powder..Stir it continuously with whisk so that lump is not formed. Then add cheese and switch off the flame .
  12. Now mix quiche filling eith white sauce and fill this mixture in cavity of quiche base
  13. Sprinkle cheese on top
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 10 mins or till cheese melts
