ABOUT CHINESE VEGGIE PANCAKES RECIPE

This sumptuous and easy snack will come handy for breakfast or evening snack , when you don't have any batter or dough on hand

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Curds - 1/2 cup
  4. Onion finely chopped - 4 tablespoons
  5. Capsicum chopped - 4 tablespoons
  6. Carrots chopped - 3 tablespoons
  7. Green chilli chopped - 1tablespoons
  8. Tomato chopped - 2 tablespoons
  9. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  10. Coriander chopped - 2 tablespoons
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Dry herbs - 1tablespoons
  13. Olive oil for greasing and cooking
  14. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  15. Chilli flakes - 1tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl along with approx 3/4 cup of water and mix well .
  2. Heat a pan and grease it lightly Olive oil .
  3. Pour a spoonful of the batter in each pancakes mould to make a round .
  4. Cook them on a medium flame , using little oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides .
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes .
  6. Serve immediately with tomato sauce .......
