Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby corn
  2. Chopped carrot
  3. Chopped capsicum
  4. Corn flour
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Butter
  7. Chopped garlic
  8. Lemon juice
  9. Veggie herbs
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute the garlic with butter, then add the chopped veggies, tomato sauce and lemon juice.
  2. Now add the veg herbs, salt and black pepper.
  3. Finally add the corn flour paste and let it cook for 4-5 mins on a low flame.
  4. Serve this hot soup for breakfast.
