Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats flour - 1 cup
  2. Carrot - 1 small (grated)
  3. Spinach - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  4. Green chillies - 2-3 (chopped)
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt - As per your taste
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Eno - 1 pouch
  9. Water - as required
  10. Oil - to cook pancakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take oats flour, add in carrot, spinach, coriander leaves, green chillies and mix.
  2. Now add salt, red chilli powder and water. Make a little thick batter.
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Now heat tawa and brush oil.
  5. Take a spoonful batter, pour on the tawa and spread a little like pancake.
  6. Flip and cook from both sides.
  7. Serve with chatney or sauce.
