Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maize flour/makki ka atta - 1 cup
  2. Sugar powder - 1 cup
  3. Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
  4. Cashew nuts - 10 - 12
  5. Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
  6. Milk - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add makki ka atta,2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well
  2. With the help of milk make a soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins
  4. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  5. Make a thick paratha.
  6. Place the paratha on the hot tawa.
  7. Apply clarified butter on both the sides.
  8. Make a crispy paratha.
  9. Once cooled,break the paratha into pieces and grind it
  10. To make a sugar powder,cardamom powder and left over clarified butter and mix well.
  11. Shape it into laddu
  12. Divide the cashew nuts into two pieces.
  13. Add cashew nuts on the top of the laddu
