Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup makki ka atta
  2. 3 tsp wheat flour
  3. 1 small grated radish
  4. 1 boiled grated potato
  5. 1 tbsp fresh methi leaves chopped
  6. 1 tsp Salt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli pd.
  8. Water to knead d flour
  9. Ghee to make d parathas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take both the attas.
  2. To this add grated radish , grated potato .
  3. Than add chopped methi leaves.
  4. Add salt & red chilli powder.
  5. Mix all well.
  6. Add water if needed
  7. Make a soft dough.
  8. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  9. Roll each ball into rotis.
  10. Shallow fry the parathas on a hot tawa smearing some ghee over it. serve hot.
