Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour(Atta): 2 cup
  2. Rava(Suji): 1 cup
  3. Besan(Chana powder): 1 cup
  4. Oil(in mixture for moisture)
  5. ghee as needed
  6. Jaggrey (According to your taste)
  7. Sugar if necessary
  8. Oil to deep fry
  9. Water(warm water)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add flour,rava n besan.
  2. Add oil in that mixture n combine the mixture with warm water.
  3. Make a dough.
  4. Then take some part of that dough n press n make a small muthai.
  5. Make all muthai's of rest of the dough.
  6. Then take a frying pan n add oil.
  7. Then deep fry all the muthai n let them cool down.
  8. Then take a mixer grinder jar n blend all the muthai's.
  9. And take out that mixture in a bowl.
  10. Take a pan n add ghee in it.
  11. When it starts melting add jaggrey in it.
  12. When jaggrey starts floating on ghee turn off the flame
  13. N add this ghee n jaggrey mixture to that mixture which we have taken out in a bowl.
  14. Mix well n make ladoo's of that mixture.
