ABOUT Eggless sponge cake in a pressure cooker RECIPE

Its a basic recipe which everyone can make easily

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 250gm maida-flour
  2. 400ml milkmaid
  3. 100gms butter
  4. 1tbs baking powder
  5. 1tbs cooking soda

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and mix melted butter and milkmaid well
  2. Then add a little amount of maida/flour at a time . Do not put full amount of maida at once
  3. After adding full maida you can put half cup of milk if your batter consistency is thick.
  4. After you get the perfect consistency of the batter you can go ahead and add the baking powder and cooking soda
  5. Now grease a tin with ghee or oil and fill in the batter till half of the tin
  6. After filling in the batter tap it twice on the floor to ensure no air bubbles
  7. Now put a stand inside the cooker and place the tin on it . Close the lid of the cooker and remove the whistle.
  8. After 30 minutes insert a toothpick inside your cake and if nothing sticks on the toothpick your cake is ready

Awesome taste but u may add a pinch of salt so dat sweetness of cake ll come out ..
