Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida - 200 g
  2. Sugar - 200 g
  3. Sun flower Oil - 100 ml
  4. Egg - 3
  5. Vanilla essence -5 drops
  6. Baking powder -1 teaspoon
  7. Sodium bi carbonate - 1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix maida, baking powder, baking soda, sieve them and put it
  2. Grind the sugar into a fine powder, take a mixie jar add sugar powder, oil,eggs beat them foam texture. Then add maida mix beat again two minutes Grease cake vessel pure the batter evenly.
  3. Take the cooker add some sand heat low 5 minutes after put the batter vessel carefully heat low flame for 25 minutes.
  4. Then check in knife it's comes non sticky now take out of the vessel in the cooker. Leave it 2 minutes and cut it and decorate as per your choice.
