Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhare ka aata 250gms
  2. Water to make batter
  3. Sendha namak to taste
  4. Boiled potato 4-5
  5. Red chilly whole 3-4 crushed
  6. Groundnuts roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  8. Curry leaves 8-10 crushed
  9. Cumin seed pwd 1tsp
  10. Sendha namak to taste
  11. oil to fry
  12. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. For batter take singhare ka aata in a bowl add salt and water and make thick batter.
  2. For the filling, take boiled potatoes and mash it roughly.
  3. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Now put ginger paste and crushed curry leaves in hot hoil.
  5. Add roasted and crushed whole red chilly and ground nuts.
  6. Then add mashed potatoes and roasted and ground cumin seed pwd in it.
  7. Add salt to taste and keep stirring until the filling leaves pan itself.
  8. Keep the filling aside and let it cool.
  9. Now make big pedas of the filling and dip in the batter of singhare ka aata.
  10. Deep fry the aaloo bandas in a medium flame and serve hot with green chutney of coriander,tomato,sendha namak and cumin seeds.
