Simple recipe with potatoes and singhada aata.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boil 7-8 potatoes
  2. 6-7 finely chopped green chillies
  3. 1 spoon grated ginger
  4. Sendha namak

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel the boil potatoes and mash them. Add finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves and sendha namak. Mix them well and make flat balls.
  2. Take singhada aata add salt finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, wated and sendha namak. And make a cake like batter
  3. Put a deep bottom pan on the gas. Heat oil
  4. Now dip the balls in the batter and drop them in a hot oil and fry it till golden brown
  5. Now take it out from the oil and serve it.
