first boil the potatoes in pressure cooker with required water.
Take two to three whistle.
Cool it and drain it in cold water
then peel and mash them .
In a bowl take all ingredients for stuffing mention in filling ingredients.
Mix it well and make small sized balls from this mixture.
In another bowl make a thick flowing batter with ingredients mentioned in batter.
On medium flame heat oil for deep frying in a kadai or pan.
dip each potato ball in the batter and coat it well with the batter.
add the batter coated potato balls in the medium hot oil.
fry the aloo bondas till golden .
Drain aloo bonda on oil absorbing paper towel.
serve aloo bonda hot with coconut chutney , tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney.
