Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 3 bowl
  2. Lal masoor 1 bowl
  3. Methi dana one tea spoon
  4. oil

Instructions

  1. Rice masoor daal n methi dana overnight sok in water.
  2. Grind in morning.. Take rest 4-5hours. Make smooth dosa batter.its not thin n thick.
  3. Take dosa tava put on gas.
  4. Sparkling with water. Take one small bowl batter n spred like crispy dosa.
  5. One spoon oil spred on dosa. N one spoon oil spred near dosa
  6. When dosa cook filp with flat spatula.
  7. Your crispy health dosa ready.njoy with sambhar or coconut chatni.
