This is a farali tikki we can eat it in fasts and even we can eat it normal also. D

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups sabudana
  2. 2 cups boiled potato
  3. 4 tablespoon rice flour
  4. 1 tablespoon haldi
  5. 2 tablespoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  7. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  8. 2 cups oil for frying
  9. 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add sabudana and water toghether and let it rest for 2 hours.
  2. After the sabudana risen up to double put it into a bowl and add boiled potato, rice flour and mix it well. Mash with using fingers.
  3. Now add haldi, salt, garam masala and mix well and take some water to you palms and put some amount of mixture.
  4. And make its tikkiya .
  5. Now heat the oil in frypan and add that tikkiya's and fry it.
  6. Serve it with chutneys.
