Wash sago and soak it in water .Then drain water leaving 1/2 cup water . It takes about 2-3 hours to get perfectly soaked.
Take heavy bottomed kadhai. Put oil and jeera in it.
Now add boiled potato cut into pieces. Fry for 2 minutes. Add peanuts to it. Cook for 1 minute.
Add sago, salt, crushed peanut and green chilli. Mix thoroughly.
Now add lemon juice and green coriander. Mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
Sago khichdi is ready.
