Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1 cup roasted peanut powder
  3. 5 Curry Leaves
  4. 1 Lemon
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. 2 boiled potato
  7. 2 cup sago soaked overnight
  8. 3 green chillies chopped
  9. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. For Amtti - take some oil in a pan and add jeera or cumin seeds , green chilly and curry leaves.
  2. Mash 1 boiled potato and add it into the pan. Add some salt and let potato absorb the flavour.
  3. Add the some peanut powder in the pan and stir. Let it turn slightly golden and when it will become fragrant. Add pinch of sugar.
  4. Churn 1 cup curd transfer it into the pan. Add some water and mix well. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and pour in a bowl add 1 tsp lemon juice and stir. Garnish with some cumin powder , chilly flakes and grated coconut.
  5. For khichadi- take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, add green chilly and roughly chopped potatoes. Add some salt.
  6. Add red chilly powder and the soaked sago, mix it.
  7. Add 2 tsp curd and a pinch of sugar. Cover for 5 minutes and serve hot with fried green chillies and lemon.
