250 gms diced brocolli
1 medium bowl diced peppers
200 gms sliced mushrooms
100 gms diced babycorn
5-6 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp grated Ginger
1 small bowl sliced spring onion
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 bowl tomato sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 of 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 medium bowl green of spring onion
Salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
start to heat up a wok on a high heat. add the oil. in the heated oil add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook till the raw aroma diminishes.
add the sliced bulb of spring onion followed by the sliced onion. saute for around 30 secs.
now add the vegetables one by one and keep sauteing each vegetable for around 30 to 45 secs, then add the other vegetable. bell peppers followed by the baby corns, then goes in the broccoli and at the last goes in the mushroom.
after the vegetables are sauteed well add all the sauces one by one, followed by the vinegar, mix the sauces well with the vegetables.
add the black pepper powder, salt to taste. mix it well. add the kashmiri red chili powder and turmeric powder. this will give a bright color to the dish. add the chopped spring onion ( leave some aside for garnishing) and mix it well.
cover and cook for around a minute, so that the flavors of the sauces infuses with the vegetables. finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chopped spirng onions.
