ABOUT Baby corn pepper RECIPE

Its simple low calorie dish that you can relish with bread and chapathi. It is a dry dish. Kids will love to have this with toasted bread. Its a healthy snack

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baby Corn 250 gms
  2. Oil 1 teaspoon
  3. Onion chopped 1
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil. Saute sliced Onion and Green chilli
  2. Add Baby corn
  3. Add Turmeric and Salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Add little water and close with a lid and cook on low flame
  6. Check if baby corns are cooked properly
  7. Add Black pepper powder. Mix well
  8. Serve hot with toasted bread
