ABOUT Mexican Bean Salad RECIPE

Salad is a combination of assorted vegetables and mild spices. Salad is very good for health. Salad can be served at any point of time during the course of the meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled red Kidney Beans or Rajma 1 Cup
  2. Tomato 1 chopped
  3. Onion 1 Chopped
  4. Red radish 1/4 Cup
  5. Green chilly - 1 chopped
  6. Cucumber - 1 chopped
  7. Salad Dressing Ingredients:
  8. Olive oil 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  10. Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing in a bowl pour Olive Oil , Lemon Juice. Add Salt and Black Pepper Powder. Mix well. The dressing for the Salad is now ready.
  2. Mix the Salad Ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing on top of the Salad Ingredients and mix well with the help of a spatula.
  3. Mexican Bean Salad is ready to serve.
