ABOUT Baked Beans Salad RECIPE

A quick and healthy salad suitable as snack and also a full meal incase you are on a diet. Filled with protein and nutrients its a power packed salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup corn (boiled)
  2. 1/4 cup baked beans (tin)
  3. 2 tbsp purple cabbage
  4. 2 tbsp red and yellow bell peppers
  5. 2 tbsp capsicum
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
  9. 1/4 tsp oregano
  10. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  11. Nachos chips- for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a hot pan, add olive oil and saute the bell peppers, capsicum, purple cabbage and boiled corn.
  2. Now add the baked beans, salt, red chilli sauce, oregano and Mexican seasoning.
  3. Mix everything well and serve.
  4. Garnish with nachos (optional)
