Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby corn 250 gms
  2. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  3. Tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  5. Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil To fry
  7. Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ginger-Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  10. Corn starch 1 teaspoon
  11. All purpose flour 1 tablespoon
  12. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  13. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Spring onions 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add in the all purpose flour, corn starch, ginger-garlic paste, salt and water. Mix this well to form a thick batter. To this add in the baby corns, sesame seeds and mix it well.
  2. Half fry the baby corns in medium hot oil and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, then add in the chopped garlic. Saute it and add in the chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, then add the baby corns (double fried).
  4. Toss it nicely and add in the spring onions. Mix it well and serve it.
