Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bhindi 250 gm
  2. Chopped onion 2 big size
  3. Chopped tomatoes 2 big size
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 7-8 garlic cloves
  6. 2 Cloves
  7. 6 black pepper
  8. Jeera 1 spoon
  9. Cashew nuts 10-12
  10. Haldi powder 1 tsp
  11. Sabji masala 1 tsp
  12. Curd 1 tbsp
  13. Mawa 1 tbsp
  14. Roasted besan 1 tbsp
  15. Butter/ghee 2 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil for deep frying
  18. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the bhindi and into 2 or 3 pieces
  2. Take a mixer jar add onions, tomatoes, green chillies,garlic cloves,half spoon jeera,black pepper, cloves and grind it
  3. Now add oil in a kadhai and heat it
  4. Fry the bhindi on low flame
  5. Take it out and keep it a side
  6. Take another kadhai and add butter or ghee and heat it
  7. Add jeera to cracks and add grind mixer and mix it regularly
  8. Now add mawa, sabji masala, besan and haldi and Cook for few minutes
  9. Add curd and Stir it for a minutes.
  10. Add salt and sugar and also add 1 cup water
  11. When the gravy is cooked well add the fried bhind and cover it
  12. Cook it on medium flame for few minutes
  13. Now off the flame and serve the shahi bhindi curry with pulao or roti
