Wash the bhindis and pat dry it
Cut the head and slit in the middle of the bhindis
Deep fry the bhindis and keep it aside
In a kadhai add oil 200 grams, mustard seed, curry leaves,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and stir for few minutes until the colour changes to yellowish brown
Add coconut paste and stir well
Add salt and a little bit of sugar
Add fried bhindis and stir for 10 minutes
Add chopped coriander leaves and cinnamon powder and stir well
Switch off the flame and garnish with grated coconuts..
