Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped pumkin - 250 gms
  2. Chopped raw mango - 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  4. Panchphoren(cumin seeds,fennel seeds,methi seeds,mustard seeds and asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Dried mango powder/amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Jaggery/gur - 4 tbsp
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp
  12. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add panchphoran to crackle
  3. Add chopped pumkin,raw mango and green chilly.
  4. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt and amchur powder and also add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  5. Cover it and cook in a low flame for 5 mins.
  6. Add jaggery/gur and m ix well.
  7. Serve with puri.
