Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup pumpkin,
  2. 1/3 cup rawa,
  3. 3 tsp maida,
  4. Salt,
  5. Oil,
  6. #WHITE_SAUCE
  7. Oil,
  8. Salt,
  9. 1 bowl curd,
  10. 1 tsp zeera
  11. 1 tsp black pepper,
  12. Coriander leave's fr garnish

Instructions

  1. Clean and chop pumpkin, boil it until tender.
  2. Drain and squeeze water, keep aside to cool
  3. Now take pumpkin and mash with fork and add all ingredients , mix well
  4. Make small balls, press and flatten with fork
  5. Keep water to boil in pan, take steel net apply oil and steam them
  6. Gnocchi are boiled in water but I steamed it, steam fr 4/5 min, remove with spoon n keep aside,
  7. In pan add oil zeera, when it Crackle's add Onion's n saute it, add salt, black pepper , curd , little water and boil until done.
  8. #ASSEMBLE , In a serving bowl, keep pumpkin gnocchi and spread sauce on it. sprinkle black pepper, coriander leaves.
