Moong dal flour and besan makes this healthy and easy to make .

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Moong dal flour. 2 cup
  2. Besan 3/4cup
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Desi ghee 1 cup
  5. Dry ginger powder. 2 tsp
  6. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Dessicated coconut 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat desi ghee in a kadhai .
  2. Add moong dal flour and besan
  3. Roast it, stirring continuously.. It will take minimum 10-15 minutes
  4. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
  5. When the flour is warm to touch , add sugar, cardamom powder and ginger powder.
  6. Pour this mixture in a greased tray and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle dessicated coconut and allow it to set
  8. Cut into desired shapes.
