Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Moong Dal
  2. 3 Boiled potatoes
  3. 2 Onions
  4. 2 Green chilli
  5. 2 to 3 big spoon Besan flour
  6. 1 tea spoon Salt
  7. 1 tea spoon Red Mirch powder
  8. 1 tea spoon Jeera powder
  9. 1 tea spoon Garam masala
  10. Pinch of Haldi powder
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Boil moong Dal in a pan with water, salt & a pinch haldi powder
  2. Once it boiled, drained out all the water from dal and keep the dal in separate plate
  3. Now take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  4. Now make round shape kabab, and shallow fry them
  5. Serve green chutney and some onions rings.
