Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Chicken Keema 200gms
  2. Chicken breast boneless 1
  3. Mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced
  4. Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
  5. Grated Garlic 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped onion 3 tbsps
  7. BUTTER 1TBSP
  8. Maida 1tbsp
  9. Soya sauce 1tsp
  10. Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsps
  11. Salt acc.to taste
  12. Side Accompainments- Boiled vegetables and french fries

Instructions

  1. Firstly keep sizzler plate to heat on medium flame.
  2. Take chicken breast and press with a knife to spread it. Take minced Keema in a bowl. Add worcestershire sauce, salt crushed pepper and a little garlic to it. Mix properly.
  3. Layout the chicken breast on a plate and keep the keema mixture on it and make a patty shape
  4. For the mushroom sauce Put butter n oil in a pan. Add garlic, onions and sliced mushrooms. Saute together. Now add Maida n cook till it turns light brown in colour. Now add worcestershire sauce , salt, pepper and soya sauce to it Cook for 2 minutes and keep aside
  5. Take a nonstick pan.Heat some olive oil. Keep the chicken patty on it. Cook nicely on both the sides. Now add a little worcestershire sauce on both sides of patty. Let it cook till done . Now add two spoonful of mushroom sauce on it and simmer for a minute.
  6. Put some lettuce leaves on the sizzler plate. Now put chicken patty in the centre of the sizzler plate. And layer out the French fries on one side and boiled vegetables on the other side of chicken patty. Pour left over mushroom sauce on the top of chicken patty and some butter on sides of sizzler plate for a sizzling effect. Serve hot with garlic bread .
