Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boneless mutton cut in small pieces 2 cup
  2. Egg 2
  3. ghee 3 tbspn
  4. Tomato cut in round shape 4 pcs
  5. Chopped coriander 1 tbspn
  6. For gravy
  7. Kaju soaked in water 15 pcs
  8. Curd 1.5 tbspn
  9. Garam masala 2 tspn
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Chillie powder 1 tspn
  12. Onion 1
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspn
  14. Green chillie 4 as per spicy u want
  15. Jeera 1/2 tspn
  16. Oil 1.5 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of onion.
  2. Then puree kaju along with curd
  3. Let's begin cooking. Heat oil in pressure cooker. When it become hot add jeera.
  4. Then add onion, ginger garlic paste. Cook it until the raw smell left.
  5. Then add garam masala powder, chillies powder n salt.
  6. Cook for 2 mins. When it leaves oil add mutton pieces.
  7. Cook mutton covered for 15 mins.
  8. Then add kaju n curd paste. Cook covered for another 15 mins. Mutton will cook with its own juice n curd water.
  9. Then put the cooker for at least 2 whistle. U can add 1 tbspn water if u feel it will burn from bottom.
  10. After the whistle, left the cooker as it until it cool down.
  11. Then take out in serving bowl. Put the sliced tomato over the gravy. Garnish coriander leaves. Crack the egg in a bowl n add salt n mix it.
  12. In another side, heat the ghee. Ghee should be too hot.
  13. Pour the egg over the garnished mutton gravy bowl n pour hot ghee over it. Egg will cook with hot ghee. Then take out extra ghee floating on top using spoon.
  14. Your delicious dabba ghost ready to have with roti.
