Wash and soak the Dal for 60-80 min
Add the Dal in pressure cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles. Dal is cooked but not mushy
Now press the Dal and drain the water
In a pan add 4-5 spoon ghee and heat it add Dal and mix well
Keep stirring and add sugar after some time
It will start to thicken up, stirring continue
Add a pinch of yellow colour and cardamom powder
When the mix comes as non sticky it is ready
Mix flour and oil and rub it,make a Dough with water
Take a ball from Dough and fill it with pooran of Dal
Dust little flour and roll it gently
Heat the skillet. Place poli and let it cook on both sides, smear some ghee on it
Flip and cook from other side
If cook from both sides shift it to a plate. Serve hot with some ghee on top
