Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya granules..1 bowl
  2. Onion...2
  3. Ginger garlic paste...1 spn
  4. Tomato..1
  5. Peas..1 bowl
  6. Salt
  7. turmeric powder..1 spn
  8. Garam masala powder...1 spn
  9. Whole wheat...2 cups
  10. Cheese
  11. Tomato Sauce
  12. Chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of onion, tomato & ginger garlic.Heat oil, add the paste & fry it for sometime.
  2. Add peas.
  3. Add boiled soya granules ( soak the granules in hot water for 5 mins)
  4. Add all masala like salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder & cumin powder.
  5. Mixture is ready now.
  6. Make some chapati.Dont cook it much.
  7. Now start to make roll.Spread some tomato sauce ( you can use green chutny also).
  8. Put some chopped onion & cucumber.
  9. Put some soya granule mixture & sprinkle chaat masala.
  10. Wrap it & shallow fry it.
  11. Its ready to serve now..
