ABOUT instant freeze mango cake RECIPE

This is a no bake, no cook cake made with mangoes and is a delicious frozen desert, follow this love;y and easy recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rusk biscuits - 6 ( powdered]
  2. marie gold biscuits - 10 ( to cut in small pieces )
  3. mango pieces - 2 cups
  4. milk - 1 cup
  5. mango jam - 200 grams
  6. Red Cherries - to garnish
  7. aluminium cake mould tin - 1
  8. butter paper - 1
  9. Maida flour - 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Grease a cake mould with some butter, arrange a butter paper and dust some maida in it.
  2. Now mix the rusk powder along with crushed marie biscuits, add some melted butter to it and pour this mixture into the cake mould. press it so that it sets in the mould. refrigerate it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Now mix rest of the ingredients together except the mango pieces and the red cherries, make a batter out of them.
  4. Pour this mixture into the prepared cake mould and freeze this mixture in the freezer for 40 minutes.
  5. Once everything is frozen enough, demould the cake tin, garnish with mango pieces and red cherries, cut and serve.
