ABOUT Paneer dal chilla burger RECIPE

This is my very innovative kids recipe. This healthy protein pack burger which is stuffed with crumbled paneer and veggie. Tummy bhi khush and mummy bhi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Green moong dal
  2. 1/2 cup yellow Moong Dal
  3. 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for frying
  6. For Filling
  7. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  8. 1 medium onion chopped
  9. 1 /4 cup crumbled fresh paneer
  10. 1 tsp black pepper
  11. 1 medium tomato chopped
  12. 1 small green capcicum.
  13. Tomato ketchup
  14. green chutney

Instructions

  1. First wash and soaked both dal (green and yellow moong)
  2. Soaked it atleast 2 hours.
  3. Drain it and grind it coarsely.
  4. Add ginger chilly paste, salt and mix well. Keep it aside.
  5. Meanwhile we will make stuffing of paneer.
  6. Heat a pan add 1 TSP oil add chopped onion ,paneer , tomatoes and salt and pepper . Mix well. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  7. Now heat a non stick pan. Pour laddle full over pan and pour oil all side of chilla
  8. Add some onion
  9. Add tomatoes, green chillies, chopped coriander. Chopped capsicum
  10. Add crumble paneer
  11. Cook it from both sides till brown in colour.
  12. Take it out in a plate. With help of round cutter cut it in burger shape.
  13. Same process make three chilla burger out of it.
  14. On base spread ketup
  15. Filled carefully with ready paneer veggies stuffing. cover it with another chilla. Spread green chutney or ketup.
  16. Stuffed it with paneer stuffing and cover it with last chilla.
  17. Stuck it with toothpick. Serve hot with your favourite sauce or green chutney
