Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby corn-20
  2. Flour -1/2cup
  3. Cornflour-1/2cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper-1/2tsp
  6. Tomato sauce-1tsp
  7. soya sauce-1tsp
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Honey-3tbsp
  10. Garlic (grated)-2tsp
  11. Oil -2tsp
  12. lemon juice-1tbsp
  13. Chilli flakes-1tsp
  14. Roasted sesame seeds -1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash clean and cut baby corn into 1 " pieces.
  2. Mix together flour ,cornflour, salt, pepper ,tomato sauce , soya sauce and enough water to make a thick batter.
  3. Boil the babycorn in salted water for 5 minutes.
  4. Let it be cool.
  5. Dip the baby corn in flour mixture and dip fry them in hot oil
  6. Heat 2 tspoil in a pan.
  7. Add minced garlic.
  8. Fry for 1 minutes.
  9. Add chilliflakes,honey ,lemon juice salt.
  10. Switch off the gas ,toss the fried babycorn in it.
  11. Serve hot topped with roasted sesame seeds.
