ABOUT Chicken In Sriracha Sauce And Honey RECIPE

Standard boneless chicken done in a wide variety of spices with Sriracha sauce and honey

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce
  2. 4 tablespoon of honey
  3. 2 tablespoon of barbeque sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
  6. 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tablespoon of regular Chinese Masala
  8. 2 big onions chopped vertically
  9. 2 tablespoon of minced garlic
  10. 1 cup of cubed green bell peppers
  11. 200 gms of boneless cubed chicken

Instructions

  1. Take 200 gms of boneless chicken. Dice them into small chunks. Marinate them with ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon of bbq sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of regular Chinese Masala. Keep aside for 1 hour
  2. In the meantime in a wok heat 1 tablespoon of refined oil. In goes 2 vertically chopped onions and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. As you saute them, add some sriracha, tomato, soy sauce. Some freshly crushed black pepper.
  3. Add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook them on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and salt to taste. When it gets nearly done, add some more store bought Chinese Masala and cubed green bell peppers. Keep it on medium heat for some 5 mins. Once done, give it some standing time. The bell peppers should remain crunchy and not over cooked.
  4. Finish this with some generous dose of chopped green chilies and spring onions.
  5. Serve hot
