ABOUT Capsicum Babycorn RECIPE

Quick and Healthy side dish made with corns and capsicum, to be served with some noodles or even some roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Babycorn 150gms
  2. Capsicum 1 medium Cut in strips
  3. Garlic paste 2 tspn
  4. Tomato puree 2 tspn
  5. Vinegar 2 tspn
  6. Sugar 2 tspn
  7. Red chilly powder 1 tspn
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil n put in the sugar and garlic paste
  2. Add boiled babycorns n capsicum strips
  3. Add salt and chilly powder and fry
  4. Lower flame and add vinegar and tomato puree.
  5. Simmer and keep tossing
  6. Add half cup water. Cover and cook till gravy thickens
  7. Turn off the gas.
  8. Serve with Rotis or Noodles
