Creamy cottage cheese and babycorn curry

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gram cottage cheese
  2. 100 gram boiled babycorn
  3. 1 cup Tomato puree
  4. 1 carrot thinely sliced
  5. 1 capsicum thinely sliced
  6. 2 spoon tomato sauce
  7. 1 spoon chilli sauce
  8. 1/2 spoon soya sauce
  9. 2 spoon refined oil
  10. 1/2 cup malai
  11. 1/8 spoon cumin seeds
  12. 3/4 spoon salt
  13. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  15. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  16. 1 spoon buttet
  17. 2 cubes cheese
  18. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. cug cottage cheese and baby corn as per your choice
  2. Heat 1 spoon oil in a wok and saute carrot and capsicum until it turn crunchy and take out in a plate
  3. Heat remaining oil and add cumin seeds
  4. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. Add salt and other spices
  6. Add malai and stir until it leaves oil
  7. Add sauted veggies,cottage cheese,babycorn and both sauce
  8. Add water and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Take out in a bowl and grate cheese over it
