ABOUT Paneer Babycorn Lollipop RECIPE

Its a delicious combination of Paneer and babycorn and can be a best party snacks. I've followed Varsha Kherajani's Recipe but made some changes according to me.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 15-20 babycorns
  2. Turmeric 2 pinch
  3. 250 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
  4. 2 boiled potatoes
  5. 2 tablespoon corn flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  12. Fresh coriander handfull
  13. Finely chopped green chillies 2
  14. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. First take babycorns in a microwave safe bowl add salt, turmeric and mix.
  2. Microwave it for 3 mins or boil for 5-7 mins
  3. Let it cool completely and insert a toothpick on wider side. Keep aside.
  4. Now in a separate bowl add crumbled paneer, mashed potatoes and all the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Now take a good amount of paneer potatoes mixture and cover each babycorn.
  6. do ready all the babycorns and keep aside.
  7. In a pan heat up the oil and shallow fry all the babycorns and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
  8. You can also bake at 200 degree for 25-30 mins.
