  1. Ingredients for raita..
  2. Curd 1glass
  3. Boondi 1sp
  4. Kali mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Kala namak to taste
  6. red chili powder a pinch
  7. Kasturi methi 1/3 tsp
  8. Bhuna jeera powder 1tsp
  9. #Ingredients..for biryani..
  10. Chopped onion 1
  11. Soya chucks 1katori(soak in warm water for 5 mins)
  12. Potatoes chopped. 2
  13. Vegetables (capsicum,carrot,mushroom)chopped 1katori
  14. Rice 1bowl (soak it in water for 1/2 n hour)
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Biryani masala 1tsp
  17. Red chili powder 1tsp
  18. garam masala powder 1tsp
  19. Dhaniya powder 1tsp.
  20. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  21. Jeera 1tsp
  22. Ghee 1sp
  23. Hing a pinch
  24. Garlic paste 1tsp
  25. Water as per requirement..

Instructions

  1. Add ghee in a cooker
  2. When it become hot add jeera n hing in it..
  3. When it become hot add vegetables,garlic paste,potatoes,soya chucks in it..
  4. Saute it..for 7mins..
  5. Then add all masala in it..
  6. Saute it.. Then add rice in it.. Then add water as per requirement in it.. Close the cooker
  7. When 3 whistle blow..its done..
  8. Now take a bowl.. Add curd in it.. Mix it well for 3mins..
  9. Then add boondi n all left ingredients in it.. Mix it well its done..
