Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup urad daal
  2. 2cup curd
  3. 1/2tsp jeera powder
  4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  5. 1/2 Black salt
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Chopped Dry fruits(cashew nuts,kismis )
  8. 1tbsp tutty fruity
  9. Small grated ginger
  10. Chopped coriender
  11. chopped green chilly
  12. green chutney
  13. Tamarind sweet chutney
  14. Salt

Instructions

  1. Urad daal ko 4-5 hrs water mein soak kare
  2. Ab water se nikal kar grind kare but daal ko bahut maheen nahi peesna hai aur jaada water bhi nahi daalna
  3. Ab bowl me daal nikaal kar salt chilly powder mix kare
  4. Ek cotton cloth le gilla kar le paani nikal de
  5. Ab roti banane waale chakle me geela cloth rakh kar 1-1/2 tbsp daal rakhe aur paani ki sahayta se tikki jaisa shape de
  6. Ab chopped dry fruits , grated ginger, chopped dhaniya ,chopped green chilly, thori si tooty frooty mix kar le

  9. Ab gujjia ke upper gaadha dahi spoon se daale aur green chutney , sweet tamarind chutney daale,
  10. Ab jeera powder, chaat masala, black salt one pinch,
