ABOUT Dates dry fruit laddoos RECIPE

A healthy fibre rich treat for kids.perfect for winters

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup chopped seedless dates
  2. 2 tsp ghee
  3. 2 tbsp dry fruit powder( almonds,cashews, walnuts)
  4. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  5. 2 tbsp dessicated coconut( for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Melt ghee in a pan and add chopped dates to it,. Saute for 2-3 mins on low to medium flame till the whole mix gets soft and comes as a whole.
  2. Take it off flame.add cardamom powder and premixed dry fruit powder( I used almonds,cashews and walnuts).
  3. Let it cool a little.then shape into individual laddoos.
  4. Roll the laddoos in dessicated coconut.
