Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 litre milk
  2. 2 cups mango pulp
  3. 8 tablespoon sugar
  4. 4 to 5 cardamoms (elaichi)
  5. 1 teaspoon custard powder
  6. 1 teaspoon mango essence
  7. Few drops of orange colour
  8. 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts

Instructions

  1. Method:
  2. Boil the milk and sugar on slow gas with cardamoms added to it, till it is thickened to 1/3rd.
  3. Dilute the custard powder with little water, add to the milk and stir well.
  4. Remove the milk and cool it.
  5. Churn the milk and mango pulp in the mixer till smooth.
  6. Add the color, mango essence and nuts. Mix well and chill.
  7. Serve cold.
