ABOUT Mango Pudding RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Water 1/2 cup
  2. Gelatine 9 grm
  3. Suger 90grm
  4. Milk 100 ml
  5. Mango slices 300gm
  6. Amul cream 45ml
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Ingredients
  2. Take 1/2 cup water and mix the gelatine with it. And reserve
  3. Take a pan in the oven add 50ml of milk and 90 grm suger mix it well then add the gelatine water and cook it for 3 min
  4. In a mixing container take 300 grm mango and make a paste.
  5. Now add the gelatine mixer and 45ml amul cream in the mango and mix well
  6. Mix well
  7. Take of the mixer in an another bowl and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  8. Serve it with some mango slices and almonds
  9. Mango pudding is ready to serve
