Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter or olive oil -4 tablespoons
  2. Cipollini onion -5 (peeled)
  3. Green beans -125 grams
  4. Garlic cloves -5
  5. Soy sauce -1 teaspoon
  6. lemon juice -1 teaspoon
  7. Grounded black pepper -1/4 teaspoon
  8. Oregano or herbs -1 teaspoon
  9. Salt -to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to boil
  2. Add beans and cook under tender crisp
  3. Drain and run under cool running water.keep aside
  4. Melt three tablespoons butter or olive oil in a non stick pan
  5. Add onions ,season with salt ,pepper .
  6. After one minute reduce heat and cook turning occasionally, until onions are deep caramel brown.
  7. Add garlic
  8. After 30 seconds add beans
  9. Now add remaining butter and oregano .
  10. Mix properly and cook for 2-3 minutes
  11. Now add lemon juice and soy sauce .
  12. Toss to combine and serve immediately
