Taste is lil bit different from gulab jamun but anyday any occassion u can serve it.Its really delicious

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For syrup..2 cup sugar , 1 cup water
  2. For Jamun..1 cup milk powder
  3. 1/3 cup maida
  4. 1/2spn Baking soda
  5. Whole milk for dough
  6. 1/2 spn cardamom powder
  7. 2-3 drops yellow or orange food colour
  8. Pinch of saffron
  9. Ghee for fry

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of maida milk powder baking soda by adding lil hot milk at a time .
  2. Keep the dough aside for 10 to 15 mins covered with a wet cloth.
  3. After 10 mins take a portion from the dough & add cardamom powder; food colour, 1 spn powdered sugar & mix it well.
  4. Now make some small balls &some big balls from the dough & keep aside.
  5. Take each large ball make a hole & put 1 small ball inside it & close the edges.
  6. Heat the ghee& deep fry the stuffed balls till little brown& take them out.
  7. After cooling the balls heat the oil again & deep fry the balls till dark colour.
  8. Now take out the balls & soak them in hot syrup. After 3 to 4 hrs serve it.
