Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer...200gm
  2. Mawa...50gm
  3. Milk powder...2spn
  4. Rawa...1spn
  5. Maida..1 tbspn
  6. Cardamom powder..1tspn
  7. Sugar...2 cup
  8. Water...5 cup
  9. Oil or ghee to fry

Instructions

  1. Main ingredients of kalo jaams are paneer,mawa,rawa,maida & cardamom powder.
  2. Grind all the ingredients in mixture just 2 or 3 times not much.
  3. Make these shapes from the mixture.If you want you can make round shape also.
  4. Heat oil & fry the jamuns from low to medium flame till u get the dark brown colour.
  5. When you will get the dark brown colour of jamun switch off the gas & transfer it to boiling syrup.
  6. For sugar syrup boil it in high flame for 10 mins .Switch off the gas , cover it & keep it in hot syrup for 10 mins.
  7. After that serve it.
