peel onions and wash and give four slits on each onion with knife
add oil in a pressure cooker
heat the oil and add cummin seeds and mustard seeds. allow them to sizzle
add onions and add oil the spices including salt
mix until all the spices are combined with onions. add three spoons water.
place the lid on the pressure cooker and cook upto one whistle. turn off the heat.
after the pressure is released open the lid and on medium flame cook the onions for two to three minutes until all the water dries.
Rajasthani onions are ready to serve
garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with daal and chapati
